The headphones
The headphones operate wirelessly over radio frequency or Bluetooth, with a power switch, volume control and channel selection buttons. Residents can also connect their own devices directly in Bluetooth mode.
The transmitter
Transmitters connect to audio sources using RCA-AUX cables and support Bluetooth streaming from laptops, tablets or smartphones.
The weekly activity guide
The weekly materials contain puzzles, memory games, word searches and themed trivia, with a focus on memory care.
Higher tiers
Elevated Sound, Premium Beats and Custom plans add a wireless microphone for hands-free broadcasting, so residents can hear a speaker and the audio at the same time, plus 24/7 technical support by phone, text and chat. Premium Beats and Custom add a dedicated support agent and custom-branded headphone logos matching your community's branding.
